The frames especially around the temple arms / ear pieces may be stretched or crooked, they need to be taken to an optical shop and heated with their special tools. Once that is done they will fit fine on your face. The frames are not meant to be worn as is but need to be adjusted for fit since nobody has a perfectly round or square face.
