Shipping and Delivery

We ship our items in 1-2 business days. We use USPS (United States Postal Service) which includes a tracking number. We reserve the right to choose whichever carrier and service we feel is best at the time of shipment.

USA Standard shipping is free (faster option is available at checkout). 

Florida Residents pay 7% sales tax.

Orders $75 and more are insured.

Orders that are $250 and more will require a signature upon delivery. 

Typically it can take 3-5 business days for an item reach you after it is shipped. An item may take longer to reach you if there is a carrier delay. 

A tracking number will be provided to you once an item is sent out. It can take 24 to 48 hours for shipping status to update. 

We do not ship internationally. What you can do is hire a freight forwarder in the USA and have us ship to their USA address. These companies process international orders and once they receive the package will ship to you.

Before an order is shipped, we do fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and to refuse service.

Please DO NOT purchase multiple items (3+ items) just to try them on and then keep the one that fits. We understand that sometimes it's a hard decision, but if you need to try on, we recommend going to a local store first to try on there before purchase.

We check our items prior to shipping. If there is any problems with the order, please E-mail us at: classypw@gmail.com and we will quickly resolve it.

If you receive a package that is damaged, please e-mail us stating what was damaged and with pictures so that we can file an insurance claim. You will be refunded as soon as insurance claim is processed (typically can take 2-4 weeks).

NOTE ABOUT DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS

Once a package is scanned as delivered, it is considered as delivered.

If in the chance you do not receive the item and it shows as delivered:

  1. Please ask anyone in the household if the package arrived
  2. Check the bushes and around the perimeter of your property
  3. Check with the community office if you live in an apartment or in an office building 
  4. Talk to your mail carrier
  5. Go to your local post office and speak with the post master.

USPS can provide you details of a GPS scan of where the package was scanned as delivered. We are unable to assist if a package is scanned as delivered. If theft is suspected, please contact your local authorities to report this as mail theft is a felony. The only thing we can attempt is to file an insurance claim if a package is insured after 21 days has passed. You will need to provide a letter from the Postmaster at your post office stating loss. If the insurance claim is denied, unfortunately we are unable to do anything else as the carrier is responsible for delviery.

NOTE ABOUT PACKAGE RECEIVED AND EMPTY INSIDE

If you receive a package and it is empty, please immediately go to your post office to see if the contents came out during transit. Please e-mail us to state the issue and provide a picture, we will file an insurance claim. If you believe the package was opened, please contact your post office for them to assist in filing a police report for mail theft which is a felony.

NOTE ABOUT FRAUD PREVENTION

All merchandise we sell is authentic and purchased thru authorized channels with invoices. This evidence will be provided to any payment services if someone attempts to create a fraudulent claim.

Every package is personally inspected prior to shipping, other than the off chance a wrong item was shipped by mistake from human error. Any attempt at fraud or false claims will be fought with the full extent of the law. Mail theft and fraudulent claims are a felony.

We reserve the right to cancel a transaction prior to shipping for any reason and reserve the right to refuse future sale if we feel is necessary.
