  • How long will it take to receive my item once I pay

Once an order has been cleared and payment is received, we typically take 1-2 business days for handling and items usually arrive 3-5 business days once shipped depending on the method of carrier you choose at checkout. Please understand that sometimes carrier delays can occur which is beyond our control and may delay arrival time. You will be e-mailed a tracking number that you can view online to see the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update status online once shipped.

  • Do you make prescription lenses?

No unfortunately we do not make prescription lenses for eyeglasses frames. You will need to take the glasses to an optical shop in order for them to make prescription lenses for you.

  • How can I pay

We accept all major credit cards thru multiple available services on our site that is fully secured. Payment methods include Paypal, Amazon Pay, and using the credit card service in the cart when you checkout.

  • I have a question about an item you have listed

Any questions please e-mail us at: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM please use the exact title of the item and mention that you saw the item from our website. Please note: All sizing information that we have and pictures are listed, we are unable to provide any additional measurements or additional pictures.

  • How do you ship the item

We use USPS to ship out our products to you. At our discretion we may use another carrier depending on the size of the order. Please note, packages $250 and more will require a signature upon delivery. Failure to sign for the package can result in it being returned back to us. In an instance like this, you will be refunded minus our actual shipping cost and you will need to repurchase the item.

  • I received the item and want to return it

If you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our RETURN POLICY We offer a 30 day return period from the date you purchase the item. We are not able to accept returns after 30 days. You must include your ORDER NUMBER or receipt with the return in order to prevent any delays. We charge a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and can take about 3-5 business days. If you do not see your refund after this time period, please e-mail us at: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM for assistance.

  • I received the item and it arrived damaged or there is a problem with the item

All our packages are insured. If you received a package and it arrived damaged, please make a photo and e-mail us at: CLASSYPW@GMAIL.COM Please make sure to reference the order number and that you purchased it from our website. We will take care of any issues.

  • The Eyeglasses/Sunglasses arrived but it is bent, what do I do?

Please do not worry, the glasses just need an adjustment. The frames of eyewear are specifically designed to be bent and shaped to a person's face. No person has a perfectly square or round face. Please take your glasses to an optical shop and they have special heating tools to make all the adjustments to make your glasses fit comfortably on your face.

  • Do you have any references?

Yes! We have been an online seller for over 10 years. We can provide you references upon request. We are a trusted seller and provide excellent customer service.

  • I just placed an order and the order was cancelled/refunded, what happened?
  1. Your payment did not clear due to potential fraud alert. In this case, please contact your issuing credit card for assistance. If a transactions appears to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel/refuse sale.
  2. We ran out of stock of an item. In case we run out of stock of an item, we will promptly cancel/refund your order. In the case of purchasing multiple items, we will fulfill items we have in stock and refund you for what we do not have. We apologize in this situation but inventory can move fast and an error in quantity can occur.
  3. There was an error in the listing with an incorrect title, picture or price. If we identify an error in the listing, we will cancel the transaction and correct the listing in which you may repurchase it.
