• Hammer and Sickle in a star which is the USSR former soviet union emblem. 
• * CTA3 * this is short for "Сталинская завод" which translated from Russian to English is Stalin's Factory. 
• On the front is a little star that has CCCP in Russian which means USSR in English and is a mark to identify quality. 

Hallmarks on the back: 

• "Чистое серебро CCCP" which translated from Russian to English means Pure Silver USSR. 
• 93,3 г which means 93.3g (that is 3 troy oz). 
• 999 with a star and a Russian letter "Э" this is the district code which represents that the bar was assayed in Tallinn, Estonia which was part of the USSR.

This item was found as part of a military cache in Russia along with other military weapons and gear. This was imported from Russia prior to the start of the war. Super RARE and an amazing piece to add to your collection.
